方亚芬，女，国家一级演员，浙江宁波人。

1965年2月出生，中国戏剧家协会会员、民进上海市委委员，上海市第十一届政协委员。原是浙江镇海越剧团青年演员，1984年11月考入上海市戏曲学校越剧班，后为上海越剧院红楼剧团演员。2011年出任上海越剧院一团团长。
