高步明，少将警衔，现任中国人民武装警察部队甘肃总队政委，国家一级美术师，书法家。

1964年1月出生，江苏高邮人，硕士研究生。高邮，是世界遗产城市、国家历史文化名城、国家全域旅游示范区。地处江苏省地理几何中心、长江三角洲。是中国民歌之乡、中国七夕文化之乡、中华诗词之乡、全国集邮之乡、中国建筑之乡。
