著名书画大师赵岚， 1965年以优异的成绩考入中央工艺美院，受恩师吴冠中、古元、袁运甫教导，潜心专业，对艺术执着的追求，几十年矢志不移，并博采众家之长，以其扎实的功底，水墨画龙形成自己特有的风格，并荣获国家专利。赵岚先生画龙，曾被国家权威人士称为“中华画龙第一人”称号。
Zhao LAN, a famous master of painting and calligraphy, was admitted to the Central Academy of Arts and crafts with outstanding achievements in 1965. Under the guidance of his teachers Wu Guanzhong, Gu Yuan and Yuan Yunfu, Zhao LAN has devoted himself to the pursuit of art and has been committed to it for decades. He has also taken the advantages of many families. With his solid foundation, he has formed his own unique style and won the national patent. Mr. Zhao Lan was once called "the first Chinese dragon painter" by the state authorities.

其作品先后被文化部、中国文联、中南海怀仁堂、人民大会堂、外交部礼宾司、公安部、安全部、港澳台、欧盟、美等四十多个国家地区单位收藏，现被香港中华文化艺术交流中心，定为东方艺术极品赠送友人。
His works have been collected by the Ministry of culture, China Federation of literary and art circles, Huairen Hall in Zhongnanhai, the Great Hall of the people, the Protocol Department of the Ministry of foreign affairs, the Ministry of public security, the Ministry of security, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, the European Union, the United States and more than 40 countries and regions. Now, he is honored as a friend of Oriental art masterpieces by the Hong Kong Chinese culture and art exchange center.
1988年获文化部“中国首届文化艺术节"舞台美术设计金奖；1992年被国家人事部评为中国艺术院书画艺术研究员。
In 1988, he won the gold medal of stage art design of "the first China culture and Art Festival" of the Ministry of culture; in 1992, he was awarded as the research fellow of painting and calligraphy art of the Chinese Academy of art by the Ministry of personnel of the people's Republic of China.
赵岚先生现任香港展华集团董事会主席、香港国际科学院院士、中国艺术研究院研究员、香港大学东方艺术客座教授、中华民族团结友好协会港澳台民俗艺术总监、香港中华艺术馆艺术总监、当代世界杰出华人科技专家，荣获国家三个陶瓷外观设计专利，并荣获国际三个金奖。2006年8月又被中南海紫光阁国礼中心聘为中心书画工艺美术总监；联合国卫生组织爱心大使；中国参奥特殊艺术学院名誉院长。享受国务院政府特殊津贴。
Mr. Zhao LAN is currently chairman of the board of directors of Hong Kong Zhanhua group, academician of the Hong Kong Academy of international Sciences, researcher of the Chinese Academy of art, visiting professor of Oriental Art of Hong Kong University, director of folk art of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan of the Chinese Association of solidarity and friendship, art director of the Hong Kong Chinese Art Museum, and the world's outstanding Chinese science and technology expert. He has won three national ceramic design patents and won the title of International three gold awards. In August 2006, he was employed as the director of Arts and crafts of the center by Ziguangge national ceremony center of Zhongnanhai, the love ambassador of the United Nations health organization, and the honorary Dean of China Olympic special art institute. 2006年8月1日，全国首届“红色主题大型书画创作工程走进西柏坡”活动笔会在西柏坡纪念馆隆重举行。赵岚先生联合全国一级美术师郝风先、中国美协会员张坤、中国书法家协会国际交流委员会委员姚小尧等中青年书画家和著名书法家吴家贵将现场创作完成的12幅书画作品全部献给西柏坡纪念馆永久珍藏。
On August 1, 2006, the first national "red theme large painting and calligraphy creation project into Xibaipo" activity pen meeting was held in Xibaipo Memorial Hall. Mr. Zhao LAN, together with Hao Fengxian, a national first-class artist, Zhang Kun, a member of the Chinese Artists Association, Yao Xiaoyao, a member of the International Exchange Committee of the Chinese Calligrapher Association, and Wu Jiagui, a young and middle-aged calligrapher and famous calligrapher, dedicated all the 12 paintings created on site to the Xibaipo Memorial Hall for permanent collection.
