教育扶贫从“心”开始

“老师，我连续两次模拟考试都没有考好，我只要一听到‘考生开始作答’，脑海里就一片空白……”听完前来咨询学生的苦恼，湖南省江华瑶族自治县中小学心理健康教育指导中心主任、江华第二中学心理健康教育教师唐添翼为学生开出了化解考前焦虑的心理“处方”，咨询者顿时豁然开朗。

“教育扶贫从‘心’开始，也归根于全县整体推进心理健康教育，让孩子更阳光。”唐添翼说，江华所有完全以上中小学根据学生的心理特点，开展了丰富多彩的心理健康教育活动，引导学生放松心灵，实现教育帮扶从“心”开始，促进学生健康快乐成长。

2015年初，江华瑶族自治县教育局通过分析师生心理健康现状，按照“美丽校园、幸福师生、理想教育”的目标，启动“中小学心理健康教育年”，并成立了心理健康教育指导中心，将心理健康教育向全县中小学推广，全面解决贫困学生、留守孩子的心理健康问题。

3年来，该县共投入1000多万元，78所中小学按照有机构、有阵地、有经费、有活动、有队伍、有机制、有考核的“七有”扎实推进。沱江二小、码市中学、濠江完小、秀文侨心学校、白芒营中心小学等40多所学校的心理健康教师已经开始给师生进行个体咨询和团体辅导，心理辅导室实实在在成为师生心理疏导的阵地，成为帮扶贫困学生的基地。

该县教育局与湖南科技学院合作为每所学校培训了一名心理健康咨询师。目前，有154位学员通过国家心理咨询师资格考试，取得三级和二级心理咨询师上岗资格，实现每所中小学配备一名心理咨询师目标。同时，该县还吸收了10位能力强、素质高的三级心理咨询师，充实县中小学心理健康教育指导中心力量，并为全县各中小学进行专业指导、培训。

为扎实推进心理健康教育，该县把2017年定为“健心工程年”，将心理健康教育贯穿到学校重要工作中，进一步整体推进心理健康教育。县教育局局长唐孝任表示，教育局是心育工作者的坚强后盾，行政支持、专家引领、教师合力、活动支撑，全力推进心理健康教育。

该县通过请进来、派出去等方式对各中小学校长、德育副校长、教导主任、心理健康教师进行团体心理辅导、沙盘游戏、专题知识等方面的培训，还邀请10余位省内知名心理健康教育专家来江华“送教送研送培”。

目前，全县共有5000人次教师受益于心理健康教育专题讲座，8万多名师生、家长参加“送心育到校园”“送心育到社区”宣传活动；对400余例个体进行了心理治疗，有效地提高师生、群众的心理健康意识，为心理健康教育奠定了坚实的基础，为教育扶贫注入了强大力量。
