    张亚辉，字峻珲.人称墨神1985年毕业于黑龙江商学院，中共党员。现为北京瀚瑞轩书画院院长，第九届中国美协副主席，国家高级美朮师，全国书画艺术委员会副主席，国际名媛书画院院长，中国文化艺术交流协会副主席，中华诗词学会理事，欧洲中国书画院院长，爱溢舍文化艺术传播公司，艺术研究院院长创始人。英国皇家艺术学院“客座教授”，英国牛津艺术学院教授，博士生导师。

获联合国中国大学世界和平艺术博士。

获世界金奖.国家一级美术师.非遗传承人。  中华国礼艺术家。人民文艺家协会会员。

2008年为第二十九界奥林匹克组委会，创作完成《神州圣火传递图》《神州圣火传递颂》纪念邮票。

2014年在德国纽伦堡获世界发明创新展(日出)获一枚金奖。

2015年在日内瓦获世界发明创新展(雄鹰翱翔)获一枚金奖。

Zhang Yahui, also known as Junhui and also known as Moshen, graduated from Heilongjiang Business School in 1985 and is a member of the Communist Party of China. He is currently the President of Beijing Hanruixuan Calligraphy and Painting Academy, Vice Chairman of the 9th China Artists Association, National Senior Artist, Vice Chairman of the National Calligraphy and Painting Art Committee, President of the International Celebrity Calligraphy and Painting Academy, Vice Chairman of the China Cultural and Art Exchange Association, Director of the Chinese Poetry Society, President of the European Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Academy, Founder of Aiyishe Culture and Art Communication Company, and President of the Art Research Institute. Visiting Professor at the Royal College of Arts, Professor at the Oxford School of Arts, and Doctoral Supervisor.

Received a PhD in the Art of World Peace from the United Nations University of China.

Received the World Gold Award, National First Class Artist, and Inheritor of Intangible Cultural Heritage. Chinese National Rite Artist. Member of the People's Literature and Art Association.

In 2008, as the 29th Olympic Organizing Committee, we created commemorative stamps for the "Shenzhou Flame Relay Map" and "Shenzhou Flame Relay Ode".

In 2014, he won a gold medal at the World Invention and Innovation Exhibition (Sunrise) in Nuremberg, Germany.

In 2015, he won a gold medal at the World Invention and Innovation Exhibition (Eagle Soaring) in Geneva.

In 2015, he won a silver medal at the World Invention and Innovation Exhibition (Love Luck) in Nuremberg, Germany.

In 2015, he was awarded the National Guest Ceremony Certificate during the military parade and was specially hired as a special artist for the State Council's State Guests Ceremony.

In 2016, he won two gold medals at the World Invention and Innovation Exhibition in the United States (hand drawn cheongsam).

On November 6, 2019, he won a world gold medal at the 70th anniversary of the World Invention and Innovation Exhibition (Grand Parade) in Nuremberg, Germany.

Received a doctoral certificate from the United Nations University of China on April 8, 2019.

In the 2019 First China Online Consultation Channel Art Channel Top Calligraphy and Painting Masters Competition, he won a special prize and was awarded the honorary title of China's Top Calligraphy and Painting Masters.
