穆瑞军，字沈岩，阜阳人。文学博士。书法得到沈鹏先生、刘文华老师指导;考入首都师范大学中国书法文化研究院硕士研究生班，受教于欧阳中石先生和张同印导师，系统学习书法理论。

现为书协会员，国家一级艺术大师世界十大殿堂级艺术大师，世界最具影响力文化艺术大师，全球十大艺术影响力人物，国宝级艺术大师，国礼艺术大师，人民艺术家，德艺双馨艺术家，中国实力派书画家，中国传统文化研究会会长，中国国学学会副主席，国家书画院名誉院长，中国书画名家研究会名誉主席，中国国家诗书画院名誉主席，香港文联杂志社秘书长，阜阳画院院长，香港文联阜阳创作中心主任。其作品应邀参加联合国、俄罗斯、法国、日本、韩国、新加坡、马来西亚、巴西、泰国、香港等国家和地区巡展。曾多次获奖，中国艺术评审中心认定国家一级珍贵艺术品，最具当代学术价值和市场潜力。被多家艺术馆和收藏家收藏

Mu Ruijun, whose name is Shen Yan, is from Fuyang. Doctor of Literature. Calligraphy was guided by Mr. Shen Peng and Mr. Liu Wenhua; He was admitted to the master's degree program of the Chinese Calligraphy Culture Research Institute of Capital Normal University, and was taught by Mr. Ouyang Zhongshi and Zhang Tongyin, who systematically studied calligraphy theory.

Currently, he is a member of the Calligraphy Association, a national first-class art master, one of the world's top ten palace level art masters, the world's most influential cultural and artistic masters, one of the world's top ten art influential figures, a national treasure level art master, a national ritual art master, a people's artist, a virtuous and artistic artist, a Chinese realist calligrapher and painter, president of the Chinese Traditional Culture Research Association, vice chairman of the Chinese Traditional Culture Society, and honorary president of the National Academy of Calligraphy and Painting, Honorary Chairman of the Chinese Calligraphers and Painters Research Association, Honorary Chairman of the Chinese National Academy of Poetry, Calligraphy, and Painting, Secretary General of the Hong Kong Federation of Literary and Art Circles Magazine, President of the Fuyang Painting Academy, and Director of the Fuyang Creation Center of the Hong Kong Federation of Literary and Art Circles.
