黄凤榴,离休干部，高级职称，中国人才研究会艺术家学部一级国画委员，中国日史编诗书画会理事，台湾海峡两岸文化交流协会副主席，香港杂志社永久艺术顾问兼学术委员，中国工艺美术会员，中国科学家协会会员，国际羲之书画院终身荣誉教授，国家一级美术师。

喜爱艺术多门类，对中国画的传统笔墨与西画的光色有所了解，逐步形成自己的风格，主张艺术的横向宽度，可以吸收其他画种的营养。

我的语录，中国画博大精深，不但技法包含很多素养，内涵深沉。历代的画家创造它，今天我们不能放弃它，也不能让它停留于过去，有责任的艺术家，在自己民族生存和发展的大地上，探索真正属于自己的东西。

    Huang Fengliu, a retired cadre with a senior professional title, is a first-class traditional Chinese painting member of the Artist Department of the China Talent Research Association, a director of the Chinese Japanese History Poetry, Calligraphy and Painting Association, Vice Chairman of the Cross Strait Cultural Exchange Association of Taiwan, a permanent art consultant and academic member of the Hong Kong Magazine, a member of the China Arts and Crafts Association, a member of the Chinese Scientists Association, a lifelong honorary professor of the International Xizhi Calligraphy and Painting Academy, and a national first-class artist.

    I love various types of art and have an understanding of the traditional strokes and colors of Chinese painting and Western painting, gradually forming my own style. I advocate for the horizontal width of art and can absorb the nutrients of other painting genres.

    My quote is that Chinese painting is extensive and profound, with not only techniques but also many qualities and profound connotations. Artists of all ages have created it, and today we cannot give up on it, nor can we let it stay in the past. Responsible artists explore what truly belongs to them on the land of their own national survival and development.
