孔繁培，1943年生，浙江平阳人。1963年7月参加工作，2003年7月退休，70多年来对书画从不离手，退休后，重拾童趣，同时参加中国书画函授大学和文化部文化管理中心举办的书法家资格鉴定培训均获得好成绩，参展赛作品均获得好评，获国内外大奖百余次，选编书籍数百种，在共和国60周年之际被评为“共和国文化艺术最高荣誉金奖”、“共和国杰出功勋美术家”、“首届世界民间艺术大师”之称号.

现为世界艺术家协会会员，世界教科文卫组织专家成员，首席艺术家，授予世界艺术大师，中国国礼艺术大师协会特邀委员，国家高级书法家。建国70大庆，被授予“艺坛翘楚”，“中国顶级书画大师”，“中国书画艺术代表人物”，“国家一级美术师”，和“人民英雄功勋艺术家”。在中国共产党成立100周年荣誉表彰大会中，被评选为“时代榜样，并光荣入选时代榜样3D云展館厅。同时经世界文化艺术网向联合国教科文组织推举，获得世界艺术奖，并授予2021年度全球十大杰出风云人物和世界最具影响的艺术家”。

2016年11月作为中美杰出华人艺术家其书法作品入选由美国集邮集团制作“中美建交37周年纪念邮册”作为国家名片出版发行

2018年书法作品入选“墨缘巴黎——荣耀法国艺术殿堂”杰出华人艺术家孔繁培邮票纪念珍藏册。

2021年书法作品《文以载道》入展北京地铁一号线《文化中国》主题巡展专列并荣誉荣誉证书。

Kong Fanpei, born in 1943 in Pingyang, Zhejiang. He joined the work in July 1963 and retired in July 2003. He has never left painting and calligraphy for more than 70 years. After retirement, he regained his childlike interest. At the same time, he participated in the qualification training of calligrapher held by the Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Correspondence University and the Cultural Management Center of the Ministry of Culture, and achieved good results. His works in the exhibition competition were well received. He won more than 100 domestic and foreign awards and selected hundreds of books. On the occasion of the 60th anniversary of the Republic, he was awarded the "Highest Honorary Gold Award of Culture and Art of the Republic" The title of "Outstanding Meritorious Artist of the Republic" and "First World Folk Art Master"

He is now a member of the World Artists Association, an expert member of the World Educational, Scientific, Cultural and Health Organization, a chief artist, a world master of art, a special invited member of the Chinese National Ritual Arts Masters Association, and a national senior calligrapher. On the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, he was awarded the titles of "Outstanding Artist", "Top Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Master", "Representative of Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Art", "National First Class Artist", and "Artist of Heroic Merit to the People". At the 100th Anniversary Honorary Commendation Conference of the CPC, he was elected as the "Model of the Times, and was honored to be selected into the 3D Cloud Exhibition Hall of the Model of the Times. At the same time, he was recommended to UNESCO by the World Culture and Art Network, and won the World Art Award, and was awarded the 2021 Global Top Ten Outstanding People and the World's Most Influential Artists".

In November 2016, as an outstanding Chinese artist in China and the United States, his calligraphy works were selected and published as a national business card in the "37th Anniversary of Diplomatic Relations between China and the United States Commemorative Album" produced by the American Philatelic Group

In 2018, his calligraphy works were selected for the commemorative collection of stamps by Kong Fanpei, an outstanding Chinese artist, in the "Moyuan Paris - Glory of French Art Hall".

In 2021, the calligraphy work "Wen Yi Zai Dao" was exhibited on the theme tour of "Cultural China" on Beijing Metro Line 1 and received an honorary certificate.
