张中民，字墨林，一九五四年生人。河北省衡水市枣强县肖张村人，高中学历。现为衡水市书协会员；河北省书协会员；国际书协省级名誉主席；中国楹联学会会员；中国楹联学会书研会会员、理事；曲阜鸿儒书院副院长；中国书画家联谊会会员，特聘书法家。

2009年2月，作品《宝剑锋从磨砺出，梅花香自苦寒来》在家庭文摘报上发表；6月，在“请福聚福送福德福全国书法作品展”中，入编“大典”，并获得“万福金奖”（特别奖提名）；8月，获得中国书画六十年鉴金奖，在钓鱼台国宾馆颁发了荣誉证书、奖杯；同月获得怀念开国总理周恩来书画邀请赛优秀金奖；

10月获得纪念范仲淹诞辰1020年全国书画大展金奖；同月获得纪念毛诗词《七律·人民解放军占领南京》创作60周年全国书画大赛金奖，并被组委会永久收藏；11月作品被中国老年书画名家庆祝澳门回归十周年珍品典藏手边，并获金奖；同月获得画圣吴道子艺术研究院银奖；同月获得北京红旗飘飘文化传播中心红色艺术新锐金奖；12月被长沙一片红书画研究院授予“当代金奖艺术家”称号；同月入围民族文化宫和谐中国书画大赛；

2010年3月，获得迎世博——首届国际榜书大赛优秀奖；

2014年作品被中集邮面向全国发行邮票、明信片及电话卡；同年9月参加中国管理科学研究院经济论坛专家委员会举办的《（迎国庆1949-2014）中华大智库知名专家、企业家峰会》暨中华知名艺术家颁奖盛典，并得中华知名专家证书；

2017年10月世界知识画报刊登了两个版面的作品；

2020年中国书画家联系会新文艺群体书画家工作委员会颁发了“最具创新的书画名家”荣誉证书；

2020年抗击新冠疫情，山东大成传统文化研究院颁发的网络评选获“最佳人金奖”

Zhang Zhongmin, whose character is Mo Lin, was born in 1954. Born in Xiaozhang Village, Zaoqiang County, Hengshui City, Hebei Province, with a high school diploma. Currently, he is a member of Hengshui Book Association; Member of Hebei Calligraphy Association; Honorary Provincial President of the International Book Association; Member of China Couplet Association; Member and director of the Book Research Association of the Chinese Couplet Association; Vice President of Qufu Hongru Academy; Member of the Chinese Calligrapher and Painter Association, a specially hired calligrapher.

In February 2009, the work "Bao Jian Feng Comes from the Sharpening, Plum Blossom Fragrance Comes from the Bitter Cold" was published in the Family Digest; In June, he was included in the "Grand Ceremony" of the "Invite Fu Jufu to Send Fu Defu to the National Calligraphy Exhibition" and won the "Wanfu Gold Award" (nominated for a special award); In August, he won the Gold Award of the 60th Yearbook of Chinese Painting and Calligraphy, and awarded honorary certificates and trophies at the Diaoyutai State Guesthouse; In the same month, he won the Excellent Gold Award in the Calligraphy and Painting Invitational Competition in Memory of the Founding Premier Zhou Enlai;

In October, he won the gold medal for the 1020 National Painting and Calligraphy Exhibition commemorating Fan Zhongyan's birthday; In the same month, he won the gold medal in the National Calligraphy and Painting Competition to commemorate the 60th anniversary of the creation of Mao Zedong's poem "The Seven Laws: The People's Liberation Army Occupy Nanjing", and was permanently collected by the organizing committee; In November, the works were collected by Chinese elderly calligraphy and painting masters to celebrate the 10th anniversary of Macao's return to the motherland, and won a gold medal; In the same month, he won the Silver Award of Wu Daozi Art Research Institute, a painter; In the same month, he was awarded the Gold Award for the New Pioneer of Red Art by the Beijing Red Flag Flying Culture Communication Center; In December, he was awarded the title of "Contemporary Golden Award Artist" by Changsha Yipian Red Calligraphy and Painting Research Institute; In the same month, he was shortlisted in the National Culture Palace Harmonious Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Competition;

In March 2010, he was awarded the Excellent Award in the First International Book Ranking Competition to Welcome the World Expo;

In 2014, his work was issued by China Philatelic to the whole country with stamps, postcards, and phone cards; In September of the same year, he participated in the "(Welcoming National Day 1949-2014) Summit of Famous Experts and Entrepreneurs from Chinese Think Tanks" and the award ceremony for Chinese Famous Artists held by the Expert Committee of the Economic Forum of the Chinese Academy of Management Sciences, and obtained the certificate of Chinese Famous Expert;

In 2020, the New Literature and Art Group Calligrapher and Painter Working Committee of the Chinese Calligrapher and Painter Association awarded the honorary certificate of "The Most Innovative Calligrapher and Painter";
