高庭山，字亭山(水清)号山翁、浙江湖州人。师从爱国画家苕翁先生。

2022中央任命为“中央级专家”。“中国文化发展战略研究部高级研究员”、CCTV-13中华之光传统文化年度人物，国务院新闻办2022年中国艺术白皮书作品入选。

2021荣获建党100周年“人民艺术家”荣誉称号，荣获“联合国和平艺术金鸽奖”。文化和旅游部授予其民间艺术荣誉副主席、央媒文化艺术顾问、国家一级美术师、国家高级美术师、国家高级非遗书画传承师、中国美协会员、中国收藏家协会会员、获英国皇家艺术学院北极星勋章，获得2015年国际和平艺术家荣誉称号和和平鸽勋章，获得法兰西皇家美术学院艺术学博十学位暨法国艺术及文学骑士勋章。山水作品作为国礼赠送驻华大使。作品被人民大会堂和中国美术馆收藏。获得达芬奇国际艺术奖金奖。2021故宫国际艺术奖。2021年大国荣耀艺术奖，联合国秘书长安东尼奥·古特雷斯颁授“联合国和平勋章”和“文艺传宣传大使”2022年2月荣获诺贝尔国际艺术奖，授予诺贝尔奖章和国际艺术颠峰人物称号，2022年被入编到国家史册《印象中国》，并授予“印象中国红”功勋勋章。2022年6月荣获联合国教科文组织艺术顾问，由秘书长古特雷斯签发。并荣聘为中国国际艺术馆名誉馆长。

Gaoting Mountain is a native of Huzhou, Zhejiang Province, with the name of "Pavilion Mountain" (Shuiqing). I studied under the patriotic painter Mr. Tiao Weng.

    In 2021, he was awarded the honorary title of "People's Artist" for the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, and was awarded the "United Nations Peace Art Golden Pigeon Award". The Ministry of Culture and Tourism awarded him the Honorary Vice President of Folk Art, the Cultural and Art Consultant of the Central Media, the National First-level Artist, the National Senior Artist, the National Senior Intangible Cultural Heritage Calligraphy and Painting Inheritor, the Member of the Chinese Artists Association, the Member of the Chinese Collectors Association, the Arctic Star Medal of the Royal College of Arts, the Honorary Title of the International Peace Artist in 2015, and the Peace Pigeon Medal, Received a 10th degree in art from the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in France and the Knight's Medal in French Art and Literature. Landscape works are presented as a national gift to the ambassador to China. The works are collected by the Great Hall of the People and the Chinese Art Museum. Won the Gold Award of the Da Vinci International Art Award. 2021 Palace Museum International Art Award. In 2021, the United Nations Secretary General Antonio Guterres awarded the "United Nations Medal of Peace" and the "Ambassador for Literary and Art Propaganda" the Nobel International Art Prize. In February 2022, he was awarded the Nobel Medal and the title of International Artistic Summit. In 2022, he was included in the national history book "Impression China" and awarded the "Impression China Red" Meritorious Medal. In June 2022, he was awarded the title of UNESCO Artistic Consultant and was signed and issued by Secretary General Guterres. He was also honored as honorary curator of the China International Art Museum.
