黄福霆:书画家，兼容诗词歌赋、朗诵有约。1960年生于上海，早年就读于上海戏剧学院舞美系，师承著名画家陈钧德、张培础教授，现为国家一级美术师，国务院国务外事委员会国宾礼特供艺术家，国家教育部中国书画等级考试书画考级培训高级教师，中央国家机关美术家协会、书法家协会会员，中国书法家协会高级注册教师，中国书画艺术研究院终生书画家，中国书法文化研究所创作中心客座教授，英国牛津艺术学院名誉教授、研究生导师，北京京华阁书画院副院长、VIP 签约书画家，瀚华美术馆执行馆长、瀚华艺术研究院院士，海派名人书画院常务副院长，上海驰翰拍卖有限公司、上海弛翰美术馆艺术顾问等。

艺术成就:

 首创无笔肌理绘画融油画、国画、水墨、水彩、丙烯、版画等意识流画风，有抽象近具象，有泼墨融肌理作品叠出。

Huang Futing: A calligrapher and painter who is compatible with poetry, songs, and recitations. Born in Shanghai in 1960, he studied in the Department of Dance Art at the Shanghai Drama Academy in his early years, under the tutelage of renowned painters Chen Junde and Zhang Peiji. He is currently a national first-class artist, a state guest gift artist of the State Council Foreign Affairs Commission, a senior teacher in the calligraphy and painting grade examination training of the Ministry of Education, a member of the Central State Organ Artists Association and the Calligraphers Association, and a senior registered teacher of the Chinese Calligraphers Association, Lifelong Calligrapher and Painter of the Chinese Academy of Calligraphy and Painting, Visiting Professor of the Creation Center of the Chinese Academy of Calligraphy and Culture, Honorary Professor and Graduate Tutor of the Oxford School of Art in the United Kingdom, Vice President of the Beijing Jinghuage Calligraphy and Painting Academy, VIP Contracting Calligrapher and Painter, Executive Curator of the Hanhua Art Museum, Academician of the Hanhua Art Academy, Executive Vice President of the Shanghai Style Celebrity Calligraphy and Painting Academy, Shanghai Chihan Auction Co., Ltd., Art Consultant of the Shanghai Chihan Art Museum, etc.

Artistic Achievements:

The first paintless texture painting combines the flow of consciousness painting styles of oil painting, traditional Chinese painting, ink and wash, watercolor, acrylic, and printmaking, with abstract and near-concrete images, and splash-ink texture works superimposed.

He once held a "positioning exhibition" at the Shanghai Art Museum, and launched a series of "symphony of springs" art exhibitions at the "Huating Hotel" artist gallery in Shanghai.

"Huang Futing's Art Works Exhibition" was held in Beijing Rongbaozhai, National Museum, China Art Museum, and Beijing Poly International Convention and Exhibition Center. A famous calligraphy and painting critic, Shi Feng, wrote an article titled "Restriction, Aestheticism, and Vitality, with Painted Chinese Ink Helping Great Achievements." This article chronicles the on-site interviews of the famous calligrapher and painter Huang Futing and the "Painted Chinese Wonderful Brush - Walking into the Famous Calligraphy and Painting Artist Huang Futing.".

He was invited by the Central Academy of Fine Arts to compile the Centennial Yearbook of Chinese Fine Arts, and is the author of Impression on the Chinese Dream, Invitation of Masters, and Collection of Famous Artists.
