林民恩，号：蜗牛国国王，广东澄海人氏，1979年旅居香港。著名书法家，古琴收藏家，国家嘉许为弘扬中华文化热心人。现任中华艺术馆馆长，国际潮汕书画总会创会会长，林氏比干总会顾问，香港中国美术会顾问，泰华艺术协会顾问，汕头海外交流协会名誉会长，致力弘扬中华文化！

Famous calligrapher, guqin collector, and national acclaim as a zealot for promoting Chinese culture. He is currently the curator of the Chinese Art Museum, the founder of the International Chaoshan Calligraphy and Painting Association, the consultant of the Lin's Bigan Association, the consultant of the Hong Kong Chinese Art Association, the consultant of the Taihua Art Association, and the honorary president of the Shantou Overseas Exchange Association.
