程海林，男，1949年生，江苏灌南人。国家高级书法师，中国国宾礼艺术家，中国东方文化研究会书法研究员，中华英才联盟理事会副理事长，亚洲书画家协会副主席，中国中外名人文化研究会艺术顾问，北京京华阁书画院常务副院长等。被授予功勋艺术家，特别推荐艺术家，北京冬奥会艺术大使，国礼艺术家形象大使等光荣称号。

The national senior calligrapher, the Chinese guest ceremony artist, the calligraphy researcher of the Chinese Oriental Culture Research Association, the vice chairman of the Council of the Chinese League of Excellence, the vice chairman of the Asian Calligraphers and Painters Association, the art consultant of the Chinese and Foreign Celebrities Culture Research Association, and the executive vice president of the Beijing Jinghuage Calligraphy and Painting Academy. He was awarded the honorary titles of Meritorious Artist, Specially Recommended Artist, Beijing Winter Olympics Art Ambassador, National Ritual Artist Image Ambassador, etc.

By taking advantage of Wang Xizhi and other famous calligraphers, inheriting Zhang Xu's calligraphy art, carrying forward the magnificent momentum of Maoti, drawing on the creation methods such as the beauty of the sound and body of poetry, and adding personal feelings, the author creates characteristic poetic cursive script, vividly displaying the poetry, making the text produce a dynamic sense, a sense of music rhythm and other aesthetic feelings.
