Yao Jincheng, a pseudonym of Yaojin, is from Yixian County, Hebei Province. He is a member of China Music Literature Society and Hebei music literature society.

1929年10月11日，毛泽东在上杭的闽西山区，黄色的野花竞相开放，面对怒放的野菊花吟成了这首《采桑子·重阳》。

41年后的1970年，重阳节过后的第一天，著名音乐人姚进成出生于河北省易县高陌乡高陌村，从“寒露”的清冽中汲取上天赐予的艺术气息。

高陌乡位于河北省保定市易县东部，为平原乡，燕下都古城遗迹便位于此；乡政府驻高陌村。民间文艺门类众多，有高跷、大头、太平车、音乐、南乐、十番、旱船、秧歌、舞狮、龙灯、武术等40多种舞蹈音乐花会形式，有昆曲、河北梆子、京剧、评剧、哈哈腔等20多种戏剧形式。

Gaomo township is located in the east of Yi County, Baoding City, Hebei Province. It is Pingyuan Township, where the ruins of yanxiadu ancient city are located. The township government is located in Gaomo village. There are many kinds of folk literature and art, including stilts, big head, Taiping chariot, music, Nanle, Shifan, dry boat, Yangko, lion dance, dragon lantern, martial arts and more than 40 kinds of dance music and flower show forms, and more than 20 kinds of drama forms, including Kunqu Opera, Hebei Bangzi, Beijing opera, Pingju, haha opera and so on.

受到家乡风气影响，姚进成自小喜欢音乐艺术，长大成人后几经波折，最终还是踏上魂牵梦萦的音乐艺术之路。他的音乐充满了热情的和声和感情丰富的旋律，很有感染力。

Influenced by the atmosphere of his hometown, Yao Jincheng loved music and art since he was a child. After many setbacks when he grew up, he finally embarked on the road of music and art. His music is full of passionate harmony and emotional melody, very infectious.

凭借具备高层次艺术特质的音乐作品栖身音乐界，曾与著名歌手王喆、乔军、天籁天合作。相继推出系列优秀作品，搜狐、网易、河北新闻网、河北音乐家协会公众号等媒体都刊载过其作品或相关介绍。

With high-level artistic characteristics, he lived in the music industry and cooperated with famous singers Wang Zhe, Qiao Jun and tianlaitian. 主要作品有纪念长征胜利80周年歌曲《不要说》，乔军演唱。反映军旅题材，歌颂军嫂奉献精神《嫂子你真美》，《雄安你好》王喆演唱，和著名音乐人刘波共同完成的《中国北京》天籁天演唱。

The main works are the song "don't say" to commemorate the 80th anniversary of the victory of the Long March, sung by Qiao Jun. Reflecting the military theme, singing the dedication of the military sister-in-law, "sister in law, you are so beautiful", "Hello xiong'an" performed by Wang Zhe, and "Beijing, China" performed by Liu Bo, a famous musician.

由中国网联合蒙古、俄罗斯、哈萨克斯坦、布里亚特共和国五国举办的丝路国际艺术节《丝路情歌》获十大歌曲奖，《又是十月一》获金奖。

姚进成的多部作品思想艺术成就颇高，被国家级出版社出版发行，流传天下。

2020年3月，加入世界文化艺术界联合会，成为亚洲音乐家协会会员。

In March 2020, he joined the World Federation of cultural and art circles and became a member of the Asian Musicians Association.
